Many people often ask questions about having dry scalp and dandruff. These are a few things to help you tell the difference between the two. Dry Scalp is dehydration of the scalp, the loss of moisture in the hair, product build-up and can be a result ofchanges in the seasons. Dry Scalp is known to be small white flakes on the scalp, and it can also be genetic.

Dandruff will appear on the scalp in large clusters. They normally come off into your hair and scalp when combing, or brushing the hair. Dandruff can come hormonal imbalance, cold weather, dry indoor heating, large use of sugar, fat and starches. You can control dandruff, but it can’t be prevented.
