Dry Scalp vs. Dandruff

Quick at Home Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse

1. Take ½ Apple Cider Vinegar, and ½ Water and mix together

2. Massage your hair and scalp with mixture, making sure its saturated really well.

3. Let it sit on your hair for 5-10 minutes

4. Rinse well with water

Protecting Your Ends

When growing your hair out, you become clueless on what to do to your hair. The most important thing you want to remember is taking care of your ends play a major role in your hair growth.  Things to remember to protect your ends:

 

1) Trim your Ends every 4-6weeks

2) Make sure your wash your hair once a week

Workout Alternatives

Working Out is great, but how great is it when you are having trouble coming up with ways to keep it healthy and protected while working out. Working out causes you to sweat more in your hair which makes your hair get build up faster and have dry scalp. It is very important to make sure you shampoo your hair once a week, continue to get deep conditioners, and drink plenty of water. Working out with Short hair, I recommend getting a nice Satin or silk headband to wear around your hair to lay the sides down. If you have Long Hair try pulling you hair up in a loose ponytail, box braids, twist hairstyle, sewn-in, or cornrows. Then you can continue to be Fit and Fabulous!
