Workout Alternatives




Working Out is great, but how great is it when you are having trouble coming up with ways to keep it healthy and protected while working out. Working out causes you to sweat more in your hair which makes your hair get build up faster and have dry scalp
. It is very important to make sure you shampoo your hair once a week, continue to get deep conditioners, and drink plenty of water. Working out with Short hair, I recommend getting a nice Satin or silk headband to wear around your hair to lay the sides down. If you have Long Hair try pulling you hair up in a loose ponytail, box braids, twist hairstyle, sewn-in, or cornrows. Then you can continue to be Fit and Fabulous!
