                      Increase you water intake daily- Water hydrates your body and helps to regulate the circulatory system, which feeds the hair follicle, that stimulates hair growth. If your hair roots are deficient in adequate water levels your tresses will eventually become dry, brittle and may stop growing.


                      Treat your hair and scalp to a treatment every two-weeks- Massaging your scalp helps improve circulation and stimulates hair growth, gentle pressure and kneading to opens up the blood vessels and increase blood flow.  Massaging can also be combined with a treatment once or twice a week. treatments help it penetrate the hair shaft easily and also reduce dandruff.
